Called on a customer today to check her Suprima 30 as it occasionally does not work,when i asked if she has it serviced regually the answer was "no i have had it for seven years and have never had it serviced",i asked the reason for this,she said "it is a waste of money"

The faults i found were due to lack of servicing :eek: :confused: :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :(

BTW

I was on the phone to Pots Tech Line today and asked the blokey about watchdog and he said that he spent half and hour talking to an irate women DEMANDING a new PCB, he tried to tell her over and over again that a MArk 1 Kingfisher doesnt even HAVE a PCB

I am going to laff for a fortnight about that
