We are students at the University of Strathclyde and are currently studying for a degree in Product Design and Innovation. As part of this course we are required to do a Product Development Partnership project. The project we have been given centres on the emptying and cleaning of vacuum cleaners.

You have no section on your questionaire for central vacuums, nor is there an option for 'other' in the manufacturer section.

they are more common than you think, and best of all you only need to empty them about once every 4-6months.

the rest of the time she does not empty it, just complain that its gone naff
