Does anyone have a source for 24" ceiling tiles for a suspended ceiling in my church. I've looked everywhere and everyone only seems to sell 600mm - which fall out!

Bit of a difficult one as the new metric tiles will be nearly 9mm smaller.
However, could you make your own from particle board, and give them a coat of emulsion paint?
