i'm doing out a large utility room 2.6x5.8m
i want to come up 67mm to bring the floor level,
it will have cushion floor/ vinyl flooring
floor is a concrete base
i was thinking of some 60mm celotex (giving some insulation from a very cold floor) , then 3.5mm plywood and then 4mm vinyl
the 2440 will be fine happy to have a gap along 1 side , as i can use that for pipes/cables
it will have a washing machine and tumble dryer on it - and a load of IKEA cabinets, base units and 2m cabinets
Sink in a worktop around 2m long
But i want t tape up the joins to stop issues with the vinyl if plywood moves at all
OR maybe i use tile backboard stuff and screed over that
OR maybe any suggestions ?
