Suspicious about a new flat roof.

After getting the "experts" in,
they replaced the felt on a flat roof, but , there's an isolated blob of cement in a corner of the flat roof where the flashing goes around a drip.

is that a bodge?

I'd avoid the so called ex-perts if i were you, go for perts everytime (but watchout for wonderbra trickery)

Did they fit stone chippings aswell - they should do
