Swadling Invincable (shower will not turn off fully)

I have the above shower that is a concealed model. We have found this morning it will not turn off fully. It is possible that this is a faulty valve/seal, the qustion is this somthing that will be a knightmare to complete as it is a concealed unit behind a wall. Or has anybody come across this before and can explain what it is.

it'll ba a fault on the flow valve seal etc damaged/faulty.
