Swapping Honeywell programmer and thermostat for a Nest gen3

I have a Honeywell programmer and thermostat as per attached pics,Do i need to replace the programmer with the heat link as well as the thermostat?,my boiler is a Wallstar 15/19kw oil fired boiler.Is it just a simple wiring job as it seems?

A shiny thing that people sometimes buy because they go "Oooh, shiny thing" and don't consider if it will actually work with their system.
