switched fused spurs in bathrooms

hi all,

is it ok to have a switched fused spur in a bathroom? it's for the boiler which is above the toilet. had a new boiler fitted in the same location just not sure if this is ok? or will it have to be un-switched or even outside the bathroom.

any help much appreciated.

not unless it's in zone 3 or outside the zones & then theres the good old supplimentary bonding.
