What would be the best switch to use for isolating socket used for washing machine under worktop, on ring circuit? Also same applies to switch to use on 2.5mm radial from 16amp on C/U to socket that will power 3kw oven and ignition for gas hob??

If you use grid switches you can get them with names on them.
Be sure you provide correct fusing somewhere for each appliance.
The ignition will need 3 amp fuse.

Ditto regular single-gang switches (& switched FCUs if you don't want to have a grid). IIRC Crabtree have a wide range.
