swivel spout removal

I watched several videos on YT about the subject and they show mixers with a grub screw at the back that unscrews allowing the spout to be pulled out of the base.

The bother is, this mixer tap's swivel spout is not, it seems, retained with a grub.

Its about 4 decades old and has lasted well but now if the spout end is lifted slightly, water drips out of the swivel base so it'll need new seals in due course.

Some spouts can be removed by turning to the left or right, generally until parallel with the body of the tap, then pulling upwards.
