I have a lap top that is like wading about in deep mud, when I look at Task Manager CPU is always running +50% with the biggest culprit being "System Interrupts"
t'internet suggests Root USB's as a possible culprit and try disabling them. They seem to be right, when I disable 'Root USB' the CPU starts running below 5%.. and computer is fine!
But I need USB's, so what m I supposed to do now ? I'm thinking the USB is all part of the motherboard, so is the laptop bolluxed?
And yes I have made sure they have the latest driver installed.
