SYSTEMS PROJECT E50 GLASS WASHER

I am a pub landlord and have just recently discovered this site, and would like some help with the above. If there are any experts on this machine can you please advise me why no detergent is entrying the machine. (detergent is stored at side of machine in plastic container with a plastic tube). Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated
