Tabletop dishwasher to cold water tap

Attached two images.
Im trying to attach my tabletop dishwasher to my tap, from what ive seen people just screw this onto tap but as you can see in image two, i can not screw my tap. I bought a part ( https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0BYHNKV2S?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1 ) and this just didnt work.

Does anyone know what part i need or what i need to do?

It screws onto the same type of thing your washing machine is screwed onto.
