tanking a wet room

To tank a wetroom with an original wooden floor, what are the best products to use, and in what quantity?
The room is 1470 x 1350 with a d/h of 1910. Is it necessary to waterproof the entirety of all surfaces, due to the smallness of the room?
I have looked at the Mira waterproofing system-will a combined use of Mira440 multicoat and Mira Safecoat do the job?

Level dec is great because it fits direct to the joists so you dont lose any floor height and also has a fall built in to it so is great for flush floor applications
