Tap dripping intermittently

Hi All
I have a combined boiling hot water and cold/hot water tap. its a Insinkerator 3N1 Instant Hot & Cold Tap and its started dripping water for say 1 second maybe 5 mins after we have used it intermittently.
It seems to happen both hot/cold but not the boiling water, only noticed last month or so.
Anybody any ideas why and what can we do to stop it please.

Two possibilities

1. The aireator needs a clean if it has one
2. The hot/cold cartridge needs replacing

How old is the tap?

Hi,
Tap is 4 years old , hot cold cartridge has just been changed but my wife says it was doing it before the cartridge change, tap is like this one

tank is the older black one , I done know if it has an aireator

Hi,
So cartridge changed and aireator checked and clean. It seems it only drips when the tank is firing up to reheat the water.
