Tap flow problem

My tap in the kitchen is a mono bloc one and the flow has become very restricted recently.

I have taken off the end of the spout (it rotates and is held in place by a grub screw).

I think the gauze filter in the spout is blocked up with limescale. I have removed these filters and the pressure is much better, but the tap becomes a spray.

Can i buy a new gauze end for this tap ?

I got a replacement for mine from Lunns.net, but do measure the thread diameter as there are 19, 23 and 26mm ones commonly.
Mine cost around £12 altogether, and of course I found the missing one next day.......in the kettle
