Could you fit this tap so the handle faces further to the left? I presume the spout will turn 360. Just depends if there.is a grub screw on the base of the spout you don't want to see. So have the handle to the left of the tap not right.
Unless the spout is designed to swivel a full 360 there'll likely be an issue around the rotation stops and whether it can fit/work 180 degrees out. The fixing saddle would also be 180 out under the sink?
On/off is via a lever action so not an issue. H/C is still the same CW/CCW.
You'd need to dismantle and remantle the spout; not always easy. Best ask the manufacturer (for suitable advice and exploded parts diagrams to aid such dismantling).
OR
Find a tap with handle on left, or one with two handles where it won't matter.
