Tap Inserts - Interchangeable?

Hi there, after choosing kitchen taps together and installing them, my dear missus says she wants to have taps with an adjustable toggle type thing so you can direct the stream.

I notice our taps (shown in link) have somekind of insert screwed into it.

Does anyone know wether you can by the spray directing toggly thing seperatley?
