Tap Seat Inserts

I have tried fitting a replacement Seat insert into a dripping tap, however this has not worked and now i cannot get the insert out of the tap.
Does anyone have any ideas of how to get it out, i've tried hooking it up, cutting into it but it still won't come out.

It's a "Full Stop" seat by Robimatic.

Take large bolt or screw, heat up, put down hole, press sideways into plastic, allow to cool, pull.
Or drill it out with a flatbit.
