Tap wont turn off

Hi guys got a bathroom tap, bristan make..won't turn off..handle loose both left and right, ie hot n cold..sny ideas..ta.see pic

Small cap to front or rear hides a grub screw which secure handle to splines , it come loose and needs tightening.

Thanks but there doesn't appear to be a screw in there..I've tried some small Allen keys..?

May be slotted screw but interior looks to have disintegrated.

Thsnks tried slotted screwdriver nothing to turn ..maybe it's fallen off and fell inside the tap..so much for bristan quality ...looks like a new tap then.

It's the cartridge that's faulty..
It was hex grub screw..ordered replacement cartridge
