Tecnik built in oven - cannot remove glass cover for bulb

Bulb has blown and needs to be replaced. I cannot remove the glass cover.
I can remove the glass cover in the grill - no problem, but the glass cover on the oven will not come off.
It seems as if it is stuck onto a thin metal ring- when you try to unscrew the bulb, this metal ring is also turning.
The grill doesnt have this metal ring.

Anyone seen this before ?
I guess I may have to break the glass cover and get a new one ?

I dont know the model, but is it a lens you are trying to remove.
They could be spring clips, if they are probably 2 of them, use a large bladed screw driver & prise off.
