The method of wiring and which colours have been connected to which terminals depends upon the contractor. However, one thing is clear: they are all wired in parallel.
The usual colour code is Blue/White; 2. White/Blue 5. Orange.White 3.
Usually, what I find (depending upon how many sockets there are) is one secondary feed leaving the linebox for the GF and one for the FF, but this can vary wildly.
Sometimes, UTP cable or other wiring systems are used to feed telephone sockets.
However you do wire it, bear in mind that each IDC connector is only designed to take a maximum of two wires. These should be solid core conductors, not stranded.
