Such a sad sad life you must have if all you can do is trawl the net for anything which may have a tentative link to Brexit. It's possible he was attacked by remoaners who blame Poles for a MAJORITY vote to leave. The guy didn't deserve it, none of the others attacked lately deserved it, the sad fact is that after nearly 2 decades of "not my fault" culture, people will continue to commit these crimes as people have no shame or respect.

It's awful what people can do to each other, I hate to read stories like these. I myself know two people who have been violently attacked, one bottled like this in the neck (next door neighbours kid) and my ex (Iranian) boyfriend who was thumped once in the face with such force he suffered serious brain damage that has taken away his quality of life forever.
Both of these incidents were in sleepy Sussex, both a long, pre-brexit time.

Race hatred crime exists, it's been around for a long time. Random acts of violence exist, have done for a long time. Brexit just gave those evil nutters a label. When the levels of hate crime continue to fall, as they are doing, to reach pre Brexit, will the label stop?

Btw John, why you don't report on any other senseless murders and GBH crimes? Like these in the last couple of months alone, is it purely because the only axe to grind for you is about Brexit? What about the other poor souls who lost their lives or who have been badly wounded? Many more died without any racist intentions. As that's more common that racist hate crimes, should we not concern ourselves with all of these senseless acts, not just the political hot potato that is racist crime?

Why have you never posted about the criminal violence of Surrey men? Don't you care? Are you not concerned that they can get out of Surrey and spread their wicked ways through other home counties, and beyond? Are you not interested in anything except stabbings?

I would think that the Press is probably giving a skewed perspective on these attacks by treating them as the latest fashion in reporting, as they do latch on to any recent oddity.

Tell them your eagle has gone missing and they will scour the country for missing eagles.
