I am looking for some guidance in the erection of a terrace above a stone built outbuilding at my property. What I want to do is construct a terrace on our outbuilding with an entrance from out first floor lounge. I was thinking of using timber decking but I need the outbuilding below to be water tight for storage. Any suggestions?
