terraced conservatory

Apologies in advance for any/all terms that i get wrong....

I'm currently putting up a wooden conservatory (2nd hand.... cost nowt.. v.g.c.) just as a quick replacement for our current one one which is fast falling apart (built about 1950 so its done well)

Where my conservatory roof meets my neighbours (upvc) conservatory roof, what can I use to seal the join?? Do I just put some hi tack flashing strip down? Or is it a job for lead?
