Following on from Spueys "Terrorist attack in London" thread, I've found a similar thread where people were terrified. According to Spuey, if people are terrified then it's a terrorist attack.

Does this qualify as a terrorist attack Spuey, the people were 'horrified'. I suppose it could be construed as a horrorist attack...? That thread, terrorists in London, was started before 8am in the morning.
Pretty much all incidents like this recently have been of a terrorist nature and by ISIS followers.
At 8am in the morning, information was still being gathered and the full story was not yet known.

So this thread here and now is all about a mistake in it's title?
Quick to judge yes and as we now know incorrect to do so but also understandable due to the recent influx of terrorist stories over Europe was it not?
