texecom 48 quiet outdoor siren

Hello,

I have a little problem as outside sounder is quiet when alarm is triggered. Strobe & Sounder test positive - works. I think I miss something in settings but don't know what. I'll appreciate if someone can have a look on my settings and guide me.
Texecom elite 48 with Odyssey 5E, wired + Wintex

Doesn’t make sense ….are you saying external sounder is loud on bell test but not on activation ? What bell box is it ? Post picture

Sounder it's a Texecom Oddysey 5

I’ve known texecom bellboxes to have faulty piezo sounders that go low sound output ….normally the ones with the glue on the wires going into the piezo sounder
