We are still experiencing some problems with our digital services. We have all our relevant resources deployed on getting the service back up and running as soon as possible.
Impact
Texecom Monitor is not currently delivering events to our partner ARC's. Installers and Engineers will have no access to the Texecom cloud. Customers on Texecom Connect will not be able to log in or use the service.
We apologise to our customers and our partners for the inconvenience. We will update as soon as we have more information.
