Texecom connect app no part set alarm notification

Hi I have set up the Texecom connect app and all is working fine however I don't get notifications if the part set alarm is triggered. it doesn't matter if the phone is awake or asleep, both android and iPhone.

I believe I need to change setting that allows for the part set alarm notifications to be sent. I cant find that in the menus on the keypad.

I believe it may be a winter only setting, but I can't work out how to get wintex to connect via the smartcom. I don't have a cable!

You need to turn on comms in part ..AREA ….area options ….no 20 ….from engineer programming
