Texecom dialler connections do I have them correct

Hi all hope you can help.
12v pos to 12V and 0V is neg.?
using the NO fire relay to trigger 1, So from 0v up to relay back down to 1
If this right then I have a duff dialler as it does not power up

What panel are you connecting it to ? Where are you taking power from In the panel ?

If the dialler doesnt power up with 12v power then ceck its giving 12V.

As for the normally open relay the wiring options have diagrams in the installation manual.
