Texecom elite 24 firmware update

Updated my firmware yesterday and just checked and it has the following with the timer icon continuously spinning, any help on this please ?

Alarm works fine just lost on what to do now, tried wintex and also logging in and out at the keypad

Any help on how to proceed with this please ?

Sorted went in via wintex and then selected keypad and put the code in and it reported the update so clicked yes and it installed, yet I tried this via the actual keypad and got no notification

There should be a user over ride option in the cloud so it doesn’t need a user to authorise.

only master user from memory can authorise the firmware upgrade.

Otherwise a user has to authorise the upgrade, I guess it’s a safety thing, ie no upgrade whilst user unavailable.
