Texecom Elite 64 - Cannot Set Time

Dear All,

I cannot set the time on my Texecom Elite 64. I have followed all the instructions and as soon as I close the keypad in winter or the physical keypad goes to sleep, the time resets. I have set the keypad to crystal and still no good.

I think the issue may be something to do with the alarm being purchased in the UK but being installed in Cyprus which is 2hours ahead of GMT.

In the Account Details Page/Panel Details page, the country is set to United Kingdom but greyed out, not sure if this can be changed?

The time resets to what exactly?

If you change via the wintex keypad then it should update the system.

You can also send the time from wintex in send time and date.

When you connect wintex is the time right in the virtual keypad?
 
If the time is reverting back by 2 hours, you need to look at any mobile smart devices that have the connect app ands that are set to sync time and the cloud account.

Hi, it’s reverting to gmt time I.e. -2 hours from its actual time zone.

It does have a smartcom.

We just setup the mobile app yesterday so maybe the mobile phone the app is on is synching time as that is on uk time too.

in system setting in the app select the correct time zone, check the panel is the correct time, if not change it. then log into app but if it asks for a time sync say no.
