Hi, I have a texecom premier 48 which has ATS (alarm transmission system) path fault. Can anybody help.? Thanks.

phone line fault or other path depending on comms. but chance is the phone line. ( have you swopped or cancelled a phone line ? )
Hi, its comm 2 no signal. Haven't swapped or cancelled phone line. Has no phone line. Sim only.
pay as you go sim ? have you done a test every month ? if not may have run out if not used...

Hi, topped up the sim card last week. I can text alarm and get a response.
MAY be on engineer reset for ats fault. if you have engineer code enter it press reset menu exit eng yes. see if that clears it.
Hi, yes we have the eng. code and have been able to reset this fault. So far no more problems. Thanks for your help.
