I have a Texecom Elite 64w and I have recently upgraded the panel and the smartcom to the latest firmware. I have a Texecom cloud account and the smartcom app is working how it should. I can part-arm and fully arm the system through the smartcom app. However, whenever I try and do this manually through the panel by entering the code or using the key fob it allows me to do a part-arm but not a full arm. It's a small system with only three PID Sensors, no door contacts. Only one area which is area A. The system has a delay of 60 seconds which allows exit then it should arm it's self.
The system was working perfectly before the upgrade, I haven't changed anything other than upgrading the panel firmware and smartcom to V2.

I noticed an arc failure and have posted the log of the time it was causing this problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

What happens when you enter your code ? Does it go into part arm ? And not full arm ? If so check auto part option and turn it off ..

It will ask if you want to arm the system, then I press yes and it will continue to chime and won't fully arm it's self.

It will do a part arm with no problem and I'll get the notification of this through the app so I know this is working ok.

Yes its entry exit and the exit delay is set to 60 seconds, no change from the original setting when it working ok.

Not sure weather i accidentally changed something here after i updated the system. Should exit/entry have part 2 omit?

Make sure area text is assigned to the areas.

Only if you want to omit it part set two should it be on the list, as a rule entry exit zones are not omitted normally.

All areas are assigned for example Hall and Garage. I’ve set a timed exit and tested which now works fine so all sorted, thank you.
