Panel showing “System Alerts”
Alert is “Zone 19 Secure”
Alert was “Zone 19 Tamper”
But Zone 19 is free
Unable to reset alert or to learn new device to zone 19

Any help very much appreciated

More info required …. Panel type ,software any expanders or keypads fitted

I take it ….it’s a 48w …..wireless ? Or a 48 metal with a wireless expander ?

tbh …. I don’t really know. how would I figure this out ? there is one keypad metal and a remote keypad.

The keypad only is about the size of your hand. Plastic or metal keypads,

if the keypad is on a poly panel then you should be able to get both your hands side by side. Which would be a 48 live.

metal panel has nothing on it other the a bolt top middle and a slide off cover.

1 keypad is metal and raised from the wall & mounted on a wall bracket
1 keypad is flush and silver plastic
metal panel. Single bolt in top which slides off
