Texecom Premier Elite - Partial bell delay?

Hi everyone, hope you can help.

I have the above panel installed and working well with the Smartcom facility installed.

In the event of a full alarm triggering the panel in built sounder only blasts at half volume for 30 seconds and I don’t get an alert on my phone. After the 30 seconds it goes to full volume and I get the phone alert- I have been looking in the manual as to how to disable this 30 second ‘delay’ but to no avail. Is there a setting somewhere to change this?
