I'm looking to get a Texecom Premier alarm fitted and have a choice between flush vs surface mount for the keypad. I found this thread (https://www.diynot.com/diy/threads/texecom-premier-flush-mount-vs-surface-mount.339901/) which seemed to have the same query but neither it nor my Google searching has allowed me to find clear pictures of the protruding difference between both options. It seems like the flush mount is really flush to the wall but something that just sticks out less than the surface mount.
The location of the keypad will mean it will be mounted on a brick wall.
Does anyone have any installed picture differences between the two or measurement of how much they protrude by when installed?
Thanks in advance
