Texecom smartcom

I have just installed the texecom smartcom as a DIY install.

I have followed several YouTube videos but I am unable to log in to the app.

I get to the last stage of sign in 'enter your panel user code'

I have entered the preset code of 5678 and 1234 but it states access denied each time.

Can anyone offer any advice?

Have you set up in cloud?
Have you read the panel in the cloud?
Have you changed any user programming?

I have set up in the cloud and registered as an installer

What do you mean by read the panel in the cloud?

I haven't changed any user programming, I've followed a video online which has got me to the log in stage. Unfortunately, I just can't get logged in

I don't know what you mean, I've never set anything up like this before.

If you haven’t added your site to your cloud account you are going to struggle.

So in the cloud can you see sites?
