If his business plan is to concentrate on the lettings domestic industry, he's got a problem.
I like the bloke, admire his enthusiasm, but he's a bit naive.
The lettings industry are only interested in the cheapest of everything, Landlord certs for £40, that sort of thing. Lord Sugar won't be seeing much out of those rates, certainly not enough for any new vans.
