The cost of big Industrial Steel Sheds?

I know there are rough guides for domestic building costs etc per square metre. but at work we might have scope to extend.

We currently have a very large sort of factory unit that's 20 metres square tacked on to a much older building. It's probably 20 feet high with North Light style Toblerone type roof.
There are no internal walls but thee are a few RSJ's running across at mid height.
The current one is square corrugated steel all the way to the ground

Is there anywhere that could give me an idea of typical building costs in the SE of the UK?
We may have scope to expand.

I found the second one this PM.
Looks like half a million!!

Although there are kits at less than 100k, and even allowing for concrete and assembly £200k could do it.
