So you run the treadmill, at the same speed as you would on a treadmill, but on a mobile device, that powers you down the street at the same speed as running, but you are running on a treadmill. So therefore, running down the street, on foot, is better than using a mobile treadmill, to run a treadmill, or a stationary treadmill? Argh Confused!
