Well, I've searched the net, searched this forum..and I'm undecided. There is a youtube vid, posted June last year, by a very well known London fitter...who espouses the fabulous virtues of these new Ideal Combis....mostly from the fitting and repairing point of view. He actually predicts that this boiler will be taking the UK market by storm. But he's actually a Vailllant accredited fitter himself. So just what is the consensus on these ideal boilers. Have they actually got a product worth fitting from a CONSUMERS point of view.
A quick check prices it apprx £140 less than the 24 ecotec Vaillant. Can it possibly be true...a British Mnfctr markets a rival to the mighty Vaillant for less money and a bigger 7 yr warranty...and it's actually pretty good?!!!
