Hello everyone,

I'm reaching boiling point after going back n forth to screwfix only to find out there area apparently 10 different sizes when it comes to pipeworks with traps..

Can someone please rescue me by pointing to a part I need in order to fix the waste pipe of my dish washer to the trap system I have?

on my last try, I tried to fit a 40mm (1 1/2") to the left hand side of my trap but it's too big.

I need something similar. A hose collector and I don't have much space between the trap and kitchen cabinet. The last item would fit if it was the right size.

I guess I need something similar to the one I pointed out with arrow. Any chance someone could help me with the part?

These are numbers I extracted from trap: 6203 1/2 HSC Italiana N 06201. Not sure if they mean anything.

Lasty,
This is what I could find to extend the waste pipe of the dish washer. The pump is strong enough to push the waste down the pipe(3m) but not sure about the fittings.

Thank you ever so much

Buy a self cutting waste pipe inlet ,and fit it to the vertical section of the trap.
Each manufacturer of traps has their own thread patterns and sizes, unless you know who makes yours it's very unlikely you will get the part you require.

Thanks Roger. I can try change the whole trap.
That one is for washing machine
Black one is boiler overflow
And I need another one for dishwasher. The one you sent seems to have only 2 waste pipe.

Can I join the dishwasher and boiler overflow somehow?
Will it fit my current system? I guess I can cut the pipe to measure for it to fit my double drainage sink ?

Thanks

Good grief, that is appalling. Whoever fitted the Boiler condensate drain like that needs shooting, the whole lot needs to come out and be done properly!

Sorry but firstly - get rid of that absolute disaster of a sink trap waste setup. It's European crap (Ikea maybe?) and is a major leak waiting to happen. I don't even work on them any more and replace them and the wastes without even trying to work on them, they always leak once taken apart.

Buy something decent from McAlpine - try the space saving dual sink trap setup - has 2 appliance connectors as standard and has a spare outlet that can be used for a 3rd appliance.

Just use a piece of the pipe that will invariably be cut off one of the sink waste connections to fit the centre outlet, then use a 40mm straight coupler with an appliance adapter in it. Job done. Done it a number of times.
