Hi, I have a 9 year old thermecon ext boiler. I have just come back from holiday and now it will not start. I can try a manual start (pressing an ignition button inside the boiler). The boiler fires an turns over for 10-15 secs yet does not ignite! Any suggestions? Cheers

Yes - a full tank. I have run hot water over the bottom of the pipe from the boiler (from the ground upto 12") in case frozen. The lock out light is on
