help needed
problem with thermocom external boiler
boiler will not fire up from programmer but if i go outside and hold my hand over the air intake and switch on from outside boiler will fire
any idears

How are you switching on from outside?

Are you saying that when you do this (i.e. switching outside) without your hand over the air intake, nothing happens?

when i turn on the boiler from inside goes through the motions and locks out, go outside and reset with hand over inlet fires up but will not fire up unless hand is over air inlet

Sounds like a good service wouldn't be a bad idea, when was it last done.
