Thermostat HELP!

I am attempting to change my old Honeywell T6360B Thermostat with a Horstmann HRT3

The Honeywell has an earth and three wires mounted on terminals:
1 = Red
2 = Blue
3 = Yellow

And the cover is marked

1 L
2 N
3 N
4 not used

My new Horstmann is marked

4 N
3 Load
2 Do not use
1 L (line)

It doesnt appear to have an earth. Could someone tell me what wire should go where?
