Hi, can anybody advise on this?
Do these attachments work by regulating the amount of cold water flowing in? Reason I ask is that I have mains pressure on hot and cold and a combi boiler. Currently use a manual bath shower mixer tap arrangement and regulate the temperature by turning the hot tap on full (to prevent boiler short cycling) and then turn on the cold tap by small amounts. Wonder if this is the way a thermostatic bar would work. Also not sure if it is possible to source a thermostatic bath mixer attachment, ie, one that would fit on to the bath.
