Hi,
I'm currently embarking on fitting a complete new bathroom and have a few queries regarding showers:
What I'm after is a Concealed thermostatic mixer shower with fixed head together with bath taps with a concealed hand held shower which pulls out of the bath. All with Hot water supplied by my combi Boiler.
I have seen only one company which seems to sell these as a complete kit (IXIA - Excel 1191 Concealed Thermostatic Bath Shower Set) but Its not exactly what were after, so wondered:
1) Could I fit a thermostatic Shower with fixed head and then fit a set of bath taps with integral shower. I.e. 2 showers in the same bath?
2)If yes, would I just tee the Taps with integral shower off the pipework going to the first shower without any problems? ( I understand there would be a drop in pressure If both showers were used at the same time)
P.s Has anyone ever used the IXIA - Excel 1191 Concealed Thermostatic Bath Shower Set? or heard of the brand?
I would appreciate some advice if possible?
i'm new to this forum but can see me using it a lot in the future!
Cheers,
Lee
