Pleasantly surprised at the vote...

Of course it's just the first stage and it could get bogged down in endless debate...

But for the first time an affirmative result on this issue which is a good thing...

Ironic that a major campaigner who has brought this to the fore is Esther Rantzen...

In practice many will make the decision weeks or days away from expected death, so there will simply not be enough time to go through all the procedural hoops.
When abortion was legalised it was supposed to be strictly controlled.
Nowadays it's just another form of birth control.
This bloke is 100% correct.

But some people will be able to choose their coffins and make their plans before they are in too much pain to be able to do anything.

It's a choice, it's not compulsory.
