Guy stops in a car park to check Ts & C's and ends up fined.
Codes of practice state that a few minutes grace should be allowed for a driver to decide whether they want to park there. So the CP operators have pulled a fast one there.
But how has it gone on so long and coat so much? Surely a phone call to the BPA or POPLA would confirm they had breached their code of conduct?
